Married in January 2023 after meeting a year prior, we welcomed our first child, Lucy, in March 2024.  We move at full speed, because we know what we are looking for when we see it, and we bring that same sort of drive from our personal life to our professional.  

That is why we have created Epiphany Family Enterprises: to look for and buy a $5-15M enterprise value business from an owner who wants to ensure his or her company ends up in good hands. 

We take the concept of stewardship seriously.  Owners have built these strong businesses over the course of decades, and it is important to be succeeded by those who can be trusted to care for their customers and employees as has been foundational to the business.  

Emily is a Texan, born and bred in Dallas who found Thayer in his Boston hometown during business school. We have strong ties to our respective homes, but home is wherever we, as a family, are.
